1. Agreement Between The Customer and Tyre Trader

This Web site is offered by netTRADER Ltd ("The Company") to the user ("The Customer") conditioned on acceptance by The Customer without modification of the terms, conditions and notices contained herein. By accessing and using this Web site, The Customer is deemed to have agreed to all such terms, conditions and notices (the "Agreement").

2.2. This Web site is for The Customer's personal, noncommercial use. The Customer may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, images or services obtained from this Web site.
2.3. The Company and any other names of The Company referenced herein are service marks or registered service marks of The Company. Other product and company names mentioned herein may be the trademarks of their respective owners.

3. Delivery and Risk

3.1. Whilst The Company will make every effort to effect delivery on the date and place specified, it cannot accept responsibility for failure to do so. Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only and The Company shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery of goods or the provision of service howsoever caused. Time shall not be of the essence.
3.2. All prices shown include delivery to mainland UK. Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, The Channel Islands or the Highlands and Islands will incur additional delivery charges. If you would like to arrange delivery to one of these areas please contact us to confirm delivery charges prior to making your purchase.
3.3. All prices shown are calculated based on the purchase of four tyres and/or alloy wheels. Purchases of one, two or three tyres and/or alloy wheels will incur additional delivery charges. 4. Returns, Credit/Complaint

4.1. Subject to clause 4.2. any returns and/or refunds will be at the sole discretion of The Company.
4.2. Subject to clause 4.1. at any time within 7 working days of the date of delivery of goods to The Customer, The Customer will be entitled to cancel their order and return their goods to The Company for a full refund provided the goods have not been used in any way and are in the same condition as they were received by The Customer.
4.3. In such an event The Customer will be responsible for all costs incurred in returning the goods to The Company and shall indemnify The Company against any such costs that may be incurred by The Company in receiving the goods.
4.4. The Customer will be responsible for any costs incurred by The Company in granting credit and/or any refund to The Customer for the returned goods.
4.5. All goods should be checked by The Customer on delivery prior to The Customer signing the delivery note to confirm acceptance of the goods.
4.6. All goods accepted by the customer will be deemed to be in perfect condition.
4.7. The Customer must contact The Company prior to returning any goods to obtain a delivery address. Goods will not be accepted at The Company's PO Box address or registered office address.

This Agreement shall be deemed to include all other notices, policies, disclaimers, and other terms contained in this Web site, provided, however, that in the event of a conflict between such other terms and the terms of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall control.
